3 months ago Uber is planning to make it easier for users to share posts, photos and other user-generated content with their friends and family, a spokesperson told The Verge.
In a blog post, Uber said that it’s working on a new feature that lets its users upload their own content, without having to upload it to the site.
The company also plans to add an in-app sharing feature that will allow users to easily share content with others.
“If you’re like me and you’re in the same city and you have an account with Uber, we’ll automatically share a post with your friends, family and co-workers, without ever requiring you to log in,” Uber’s VP of Product Marketing, Michael Belsky, wrote.
“But if you’re not in the city, or your friends don’t have an Uber account, you can easily share your post with them by tapping on the post and choosing ‘Share.'”
If you want to share something on your own account, simply tap the post that you want and select the share option, and the content will appear in your friends’ feeds.
